Some Fotos of our cellars
The family cellar has been enriched with the introduction of modern systems for the processing of grapes and the fermentation of the must. It is spread over two levels: the harvest takes place upstairs, while the fermentation of the must and the aging of wines take place in the fermentation room at the ground floor. This distribution of the areas is fundamental in a traditional cellar like this, because the humidity and the low temperature in the fermentation room contribute to obtain high-quality wines.
As a proof of our rural tradition, we have displayed to our guests the first pump and the first wooden cask used by my grandfather, built just in the place where you can find it now.
